1. Program Overview

The I.S.R.U. Program ("Program") is conducted by Tom Sachs Studio LLC (d/b/a "Nikecraft"), with its principal place of business at 245 Centre St, New York, NY 10013, USA ("Nikecraft," "us," or "our") in collaboration with NIKE, Inc. By signing up for the Program, participants ("you," "your," or "participant") register for the opportunity to earn points through challenges and assignments that may qualify them for limited NikeCraft releases or other opportunities as announced for each season.

2. Applicable Terms

These Program Terms ("Program Terms") are made and entered into by and between you and Nikecraft. Your participation in the Program is subject to these Program Terms, the I.S.R.U. app terms of use, Tom Sachs Studio's privacy policy, and Tom Sachs web store terms of sale where applicable (collectively, "Applicable Terms"). By entering the Program, you agree to be bound by all Applicable Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Program Terms and other applicable terms, these Program Terms will prevail.

3. Participation and Eligibility

Account Requirements

• Each participant may sign up for and maintain one (1) account on the I.S.R.U. app
• Participants must be human beings (no bots allowed)
• You must be at least 13 years old to participate
• Multiple accounts, bot creation, or bot usage will result in automatic disqualification
• Your I.S.R.U. ID will be created upon sign-up to track participation, progress, and achievements

Program Structure

The Program consists of:

• Assignments: Projects for learning, mastering and presenting new skills. Once submitted, assignments may not be modified.
• Challenges: Ongoing athletic and creative activities to challenge the mind and body
• Movie Nights: Weekly film viewings with associated quizzes
• Extreme Excellence (EE): Exceptional merit recognition opportunities
• Bonus Opportunities: One-off opportunities introduced over the course of the Program, open to all participants

4. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy describes Nikecraft's collection and use of personal information and applies to personal information collected in connection with your participation in the Program. By registering for the Program, you agree that Nikecraft may process your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy for Program purposes.

All posts are public by default. You may switch individual posts to private at any time or change privacy settings in bulk through your account settings.

5. Program Rules and Point System

Challenges

• New assignments will be introduced weekly beginning in February and March
• The final assignment will be announced in the second week of March
• Assignments can be uploaded anytime until the close of Winter Semester
• Once introduced, challenges can be executed and logged once per calendar day
• A "calendar day" is defined as midnight to midnight in your local time zone
• Each challenge becomes available at midnight local time
• Maximum one (1) photo submission per activity per calendar day
• Proof photos earn points whether shared publicly or privately
• Moderators can view private photos to prevent cheating and enforce content standards
• Photos can be edited during the calendar day but become locked after midnight (except for privacy toggles)
• You may delete a proof photo after the calendar day ends, but you'll lose any points you earned in association with that participation
• Some activities offer special opportunities for additional points (e.g., building a "set-up")

Ranks and Streaks

Rank Bonuses: For each specific activity, participants advance in rank and earn bonus points after reaching participation milestones:

• After 7 participations: 7 14 bonus points
• After 30 participations: 30 60 bonus points
• After 90 participations: 90 180 bonus points
• After 365 participations: 360 730 bonus points

Streak Bonuses: For CONSECUTIVE daily participations in a specific activity:

• 7-day streak: 7 bonus points
• 30-day streak: 30 bonus points
• 90-day streak: 90 bonus points
• 365-day streak: 365 bonus points

Note: Bonuses are awarded only at these specific milestones. For example, you receive 7 points at day 7, not another 7 points at day 14. The next bonus comes at day 30.

Movie Nights

• Weekly movie viewing opportunities with associated quizzes
• Movies will appear in the challenge list with instructions
• Quiz format: 5 questions, 2 points per correct answer
• No retakes permitted on quizzes

Content Standards

• No inappropriate, hateful, or offensive content
• Each activity specifies acceptable proof requirements
• Violations may result in point deduction or disqualification

Points and Discretion

All point awards and deductions are made at the sole and absolute discretion of Nikecraft and the Tom Sachs Studio team. Nikecraft reserves the right to:

• Award bonus points in any amount for positive participation, exceptional effort, community contribution, or any other reason
• Deduct points in any amount for rule violations, misbehavior, or conduct detrimental to the Program community
• Modify any participant's point total at any time for any reason
• Make final and binding determinations on all point-related decisions
• Apply different point values or penalties to similar actions based on context and circumstances

There is no fixed point schedule, and point values may vary. All point decisions are final and not subject to appeal or review.

Nikecraft reserves the right to judge submitted Assignments as inadequate or inappropriate at its sole discretion. Submissions that do not meet program standards will not receive completion credit. Once submitted, assignments cannot be revised or resubmitted.

6. Special Recognitions

Extreme Excellence (EE)

• Awarded for work of exceptional merit, effort, or creativity
• Can rocket a participant to the top of the leaderboard, or advance their position, at Nikecraft's sole discretion
• Examples displayed in app HIGHLIGHTS section
• EE badge awarded to featured participants

Consolation Prizes

• May be awarded at Nikecraft's discretion
• No guarantee of consolation prizes

Gold Star

• Tom Sachs may award bonus points to individual participants at his discretion.
• Recipients of Tom Sachs Gold Star points display a gold star on their ID card.

7. Cheating and Violations

Nikecraft maintains zero tolerance for cheating. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

• Creating or using multiple accounts
• Bot creation or usage
• Falsifying activity proof
• Attempting to manipulate the point system
• Violating content standards
• Any fraudulent behavior

Violations will result in:

• Immediate disqualification
• Account suspension or deletion
• Forfeiture of all points
• Ineligibility for current and future programs
• Potential legal action for damages

8. Additional Terms

• Nikecraft may prevent any person from participating for violation of Applicable Terms
• No warranty, representation, or guarantee is made regarding eligibility to purchase
• Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver
• All decisions by Nikecraft and Tom Sachs Studio are final and binding
• The Program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws

9. Ethos

While the opportunity to purchase shoes is a possible outcome, the greater outcome is developing new and meaningful rituals based on athletic and creative output. I.S.R.U. (In-Situ Resource Utilization) represents using available resources to achieve your goals, whether in art, athletics, space exploration, or daily life.
